BHS Achieves Best HS - Most Challenging Honors
We are very excited to announce that Bonita High School has received two very prestigious honors this spring being named to US News and World Report’s “Best High Schools” and to the Washington Post’s “Most Challenging High Schools” lists. Bonita ranked 1,216 in the nation on the “Best High School” list which places the school in the top 5% of High schools in the country. On the “Most Challenging High Schools” list Bonita ranks 903 which placed us in the top 4% in the nation. The two lists measure our students’ performance in different ways but both seek to evaluate how well schools prepare students academically with an emphasis on college readiness.
